Cancellation Policy

Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged the full fee for their scheduled service. No show appts will also be charged the full fee of their appointment. Customers that arrive late to their appointments will have the time deducted from their session. We request new first time clients arrive 10 min earlier than your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms and to be seen at the proper start time. All sales and services are final refunds will be applied at the owner‘s discretion.
